Shipping
We aim to dispatch reseller stock orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times and available shipping options will be shown at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Larger reseller boxes may be sent in more than one parcel where necessary.
Returns
Because reseller boxes contain mixed stock purchased specifically for resale, returns are not accepted simply because you do not like the individual styles, colours or sizes included.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can investigate.
Any approved return must be sent back in the same condition it was received and with all items included.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed once the returned stock has been received and checked.
