About The Re-Rack by Lou
Hi, I’m Lou — the face behind The Re-Rack by Lou. I’m a reseller myself and still do a bit on the side, so I genuinely get it first hand. I remember exactly what it felt like trying to find stock that was reliable, affordable and actually worth buying when you’re starting out — and how frustrating it was when it just wasn’t.
That’s a huge part of why I started this. I want to help new sellers and growing resellers get access to stock they can trust, build their confidence and hopefully grow with them as their business grows too.
Behind the scenes, it’s far from some huge polished warehouse operation — it’s just me, a passion for it, and a house usually full of children, family and stock taking over every available corner! It’s busy, chaotic and a little bit mad at times, but it’s real.
And the way I see it, when you succeed, I succeed too. If the stock works for you, you come back for more — so we both win. I really pride myself on repeat customers and returning orders, because that tells me I’m doing something right and supplying stock people actually want to buy again.
